Halloween 2012

We had a great Halloween this year. We went to my sister's house as usual and had dinner with the family and then went trick or treating around their neighborhood. Roger, Jana and Amy joined us this year as well. Jax got a little scared at a few houses becasue of some scary characters but it didn't bother Jake a bit. They got lots of candy from family and all the neighbors. We had a great time. Here are our pictures.

Mansfield Festival 2012

Last year I found this festival in Mansfield they put on every year around Halloween. It has bounce houses, games, petting zoo and hayrides. Its pretty fun for the kids so we've made it an annual event with DeAnn's family. Here are some pictures from the night.

Midlothian Homecoming Parade 2012

Every year, we take my kids and DeAnn's kids to the Midlothian homecoming parade.  This year was freezing but we had a good time anyways seeing all the floats, football players, cheerleaders and the band.  So fun seeing the expressions on Jax and Jake's face every year.  They also got lots of candy that they pretty much ate as soon as it hit their hands.  Lola enjoyed her first of many parades.  We had a great time.  Enjoy the pictures                                                              

Midlothian Pumpkin Patch 2012

 Honey and Papa took my 3 kids and I to the midlothian pumpkin patch one night. Honey wanted to decorate some pumpkins on Saturday while she kept my kids for a few hours so we went and picked some out. The kids had fun playing around the pumpkins. We got a few pictures too. Enjoy

Lola Ruth at 4 months

Lola Ruth is now 4 months old.  She is getting so big so quick.  She weighs 15.25 lbs and is 25 inches tall.  She also got her first ear infection which hasn't been so bad.  She rolled from back to front on my birthday at 3 1/2 months and sleeps till about 5am.  She is so happy, chatty and a pretty easy baby.  I've enjoyed every minute...her closet and hair bow selection continue to grow on a weekly basis.  Her brothers still seem to like her as well so that's good.  We are a blessed family to have her!  My girl!

Arboretum 2012

We had a great time at the Arboretum this year with Wanissa and her kids.  This year actually felt like we had things more under control...probably because they are getting older thank goodness.  It was a beautiful day and the kids enjoyed each other.  The arboretum has an event going on right now with glass artwork so I took a picture of some of it as well...very unique.  I've included plenty of pictures...enjoy
